I got this 2-pack of Large safety vests for better visibility when bike riding or walking after dark on suburban streets.
PROs-
* Ordered a (L)arge because that's the size of my company-issued safety vest and the fit is accurate.
* Highly reflective - the photo was taken in a completely dark room, using only my phone's light at a distance of about 15 feet. This actually has more reflective stripes than my company vest.
* Velcro front closure. My company vest has a zipper which is more tedious to put on and take off.
* Mesh body for more comfort in hot weather (we have hot weather in Phoenix).
* Two pockets. Which I'll probably never use but it's convenient to have them. These vests are mesh and are lightweight for good reason - stuff a bunch of things in the pockets and the vest (any vest) will sag, hang crooked, and not be very comfortable.

* None. I've only had them for a day but the material, stitching, and overall construction seem good and the price point makes them a bargain.
This four pack of safety vests did not disappoint. They are lightweight, can be worn open of closed with the Velcro on the front on the vest. On the front of the vest there are two pocket, one on each side, that are generously sized to carry items such as a phone, keys or gloves. The mesh is sturdy but also allows air in to avoid getting too hot. Since there are four included I have enough for my family to wear in the dark when walking or riding bikes, plus an extra to keep in my car if I need it for any reason. During the day the yellow is very visible and the reflective stripes, mostly horizontal but also vertical on the shoulder, really glow when light shines on them.
We have volunteers wear safety vests and they seem to get lost or damaged much more. This is the perfect vest for those types of users. A safety vest for less than $5/each is a real bargain. These are very basic vests - two open top pockets with velcro closures and that's about it. But they're nicely made with seemingly decent materials. The mesh is of a good enough weight and the reflective tape is good - not as good as the vests with the 3M tape, but what do you expect for a sub-$5 vest. I like that they come in so many sizes and the 4-pack is very convenient. I will get more of these for sure!
Just perfect. Got this for a few big kids that are doing some activities around the neighborhood. As they will be crossing the street, wanted them to be safe. I was concern about a few things and exceeded expectations.
Size, it was true to size. Being children fit a little large but they'll grown into it nicely. Material was of great quality. It's breathable which is important to be able to use for quite a while comfortably. Had areas that's quite well reflective and of bright green color. Easily able to see from far away and helping to keep safe. Kids were happy using them and I was thrilled they were safer walking around the neighborhood.
Comes with total of 4. I'm so impressed and even working on using more often on other neighborhood acticitues as our neighborhood gets pretty dark.
I ordered these for the volunteer crossing guards at my son's school. They are just what we needed. The vests are very bright and reflective and make it easy to see the guards in all weather conditions. They are lightweight and the material is quite breathable (most of it is a sort of mesh material, like athletic shorts). The large size is good because it fits all of the parents that volunteer. They are easy to put on and take off for crossing guard duty. They are only used for about 15-20 minutes a day, so I can't really speak to how they'd hold up in a long, physically-rigorous job, but for us they are perfect!
I got these to be highly visible while riding my e-bike. It's more eye-catching than the orange colored one I already have. I tested the reflective stripes at night using a flashlight and they're very visible.
Closes with two Velcro patches and has two pockets. It has two pockets on the lower front sides of the vest - they would have been perfect if there were some sort of closure. I might put my own Velcro strips there.
Planning to put the extra one in the trunk of my car in case of roadside emergencies.
