Hi Vis Rain Suit, ANSI Class 3 Waterproof Reflective Jacket & Pants for Work

This is a great set of high-visibility raincoat and pants. They both look and feel great in terms of quality, with thick fabric, durable stitching, and high-visibility features stitched on top. They're easy to put on thanks to the cinch closure pants and plastic jacket zipper. The hide-away hood also works well made of the same material, with a simple cinch closure and a metal button neck flap. On top of that it's incredibly lightweight and easy to pack up in a backpack, locker, or even a purse.

It is not, however, breathable at all. If you're in this in warm weather, you are absolutely going to sweat like you're in a sweat suit. Keeping the hood off helps with that somewhat, but only a little bit. You will absolutely want to keep this in mind if you're looking at this raincoat set.

The material is a standard polyester affair that you'll be familiar with if you've touched a regular raincoat. Though the thickness is nice and thick, it feels durable and strong. The stitching is great and all of the different colors are actually different stitched-on-top-of sections that are quite well reinforced. It should last a good long time, as long as you treat it right.

Speaking of caring for it right, this is washer-safe but you will need to wash it in cold water and at a gentle setting. You can only dry it by putting it out to air-dry. Needless to say, it can't be ironed; if you try to iron it it will melt.

The stripes of high-visibility white are also nice, they look perfectly in place and they reflect any light that hits them, making them seem almost like they glow. Which is exactly what you want from reflective clothing like that!

The fit is perfect, I ordered the right size for me and it fits perfectly. If you want something roomier than what you usually get, you might want to size up, but if you order your regular size it will fit over your clothes perfectly.

Overall, this is a good deal for a high-quality, high-visibility raincoat.

Whether or not this suit is worn on the job or used for roadside emergencies where you need to be visible or other high-risk situations in any weather you will be wearing excellent high-visibility safety equipment.

I went with a larger size to be sure that they fit over my clothes for easy to use outerwear safety gear when needed.

These are lightweight and have handy lower pockets available in the jacket that snap button close with a top left pocket that has a clear ID view feature with an attached D-ring there. The hood of the jacket has drawstrings and close buttons for guaranteed full coverage over the high-rise neck material. The hood can also be rolled up to stow out of the way if not needed. The zipper is full length with a protective over-flap and have snap buttons too for added protection.

The pants have a bungee type waistband with a tightening drawstring. The pockets there are open-access only to your pants pockets underneath.

Overall this suit set is designed and made to function very well under a variety of weather conditions for your safety as they are high-visibility in both day or night!

Highly recommend it. I saw the other good reviews for a week and I decided to just buy it since I work for PGE at traffic crew. During holiday week I'm glad I bought it before the week started. Kept me dry, lightweight, and plenty of room for pants and jacket. Feels like quality but only time will tell. Definitely an investment if it's for work.

I was excited to get this rain set since I have needed a new on for some time and had high expectations for it.

At 6'1" I opted to go for the large size. It fits pretty loose but since I will usually be using this in the cooler and wetter days that will allow me to wear a sweatshirt under it. Sleeve length is generous and the pant length is about right.

I will primarily be using this when pressure washing around the property. Rock retaining walls, fences, etc, where there is a lot of spray blowback.

I have only had one short work session so far and have been quite happy with the jacket.

I think that the design missed out on something with the pocket openings in the pants though. There are two nicely finished slits to access the inside to your jeans, however there isn't any closure on those. I expected a velcro strip or a snap to close those up but there is nothing, so you can really have a direct leakage into one side or other of your crotch.

There is a stretchy drawstring closure on the bottom of the pant leg, however if you use that you will end up with a loop of string to catch on things or even trip yourself up. I would have preferred that to have a hook and loop fastener similar to what was applied to the sleeve closures.

This lightweight (but reinforced on the inside) suit is extremely comfortable. The hardware looks and feels durable quality. It fits perfectly according to the guide given. I'm 5'4 just under 120 and this tightens nicely. It has pockets for easy access to your clothes. There's a hood that is buttoned into the collar for storage. They thought of alot of things here. The reflective fabric and the paneling is very effective and creates a nice stark contrast in daytime and at night.

I want to keep this in my car in case I get stranded in the rain as I travel with work.

My fiance had been searching for something to this extent for a while and as it turns out, this couldn't fit the bill more perfectly. He works for a local welding/gas company and occasionally still has to go out on the truck making deliveries to hospitals, factories, etc delivering propane, oxygen, helium, welding gasses and they require him to wear reflective gear when out on the truck making deliveries however he didn't have anything to wear on days when it pours down rain and since deliveries can't stop because of rain, this works PERFECT. He had been specifically looking for something that has black near the stomach area because he has to roll tall, heavy cylinders and while the other guys who are 6ft+ don't have issue getting dirty because they're tall enough/have enough reach that the cylinders don't rub against them, my fiance is 5'9" and the front of his fluorescent yellow hoodies and t shirts tend to get dirty so this set even has the color perfectly in all of the right places.

As for sizing goes, I would say it runs a little large. As I said before, my fiance is 5'9", weighs just under 200lbs and size large is still big enough to allow him to have a hoodie/layers underneath. He normally wears an XL in shirts (large in Carhartt because they also run big) and 33x32 jeans.

Also, please note that this is NOT going to keep you warm. This is literally just a lightweight layer to add to your normal clothing, and outter shell to keep you dry if you will. It works PERFECT for it's intended purpose, we couldn't be happier.
